Hatchbacks™ Footwear is totally commited to customer satisfaction. If you are not 100% satisfied with your Hatchbacks™ Elites, you may return your non-street worn Elites within 30 days for replacement, credit, or a full refund. Be sure to carefully use the sizing chart to avoid any sizing errors.

We will issue a credit to the original credit card for the cost of your order and the sales tax if applicable. Shipping and handling will be charged for any new product(s) sent as a replacement that is not a result of a Hatchbacks™ error.
