Very heavy and bulky
The concept is good but the shoes are VERY bulky and HEAVY which makes them only wearable when my son needs to get in his stander.

These work great for my son's AFOs. They are wide enough to accommodate the brace and adjustable so they can fit snug.

Gone are the days of struggling trying to find shoes that fit than struggling trying to make them fit over afo's. We love his new shoes and well be buying more. He walks so much better when wearing these shoes.

Because this shoe did a great job last time purchased, it was a no brainer to get them again.
My grandson has worn AFO's since he was quite young. Finding shoes to fit over them has been a hassle. This shoe is easy to get on and off and provides great stability. They have stood the test of time and daily use.

Excellent shoes for AFOs
I have purchased numerous Hatchback shoes for my daughter because they are the only ones that will fit over her AFOs. Excellent product all around. My only complaint is that she wears out the strap on the outside of the shoe where it rubs on the cinch ring from sitting on the floor. If there was a way to reinforce it or maybe thin the ring somehow it would make them last longer.
