Shipping & Returns

Shipping and Delivery

 Shipping is $9.95 - $14.20 per pair within the US increasing with each additional pair.  We ship FedEx and USPS to addresses both in the United States and internationally. Once your order has been processed please allow 7 to 10 business days to receive your Hatchbacks.  We do offer expedited shipping at an additional cost, please contact Customer Service for more information. Orders are processed within 48 hours, excluding weekends.  

International Shipping

 International shipping starts at $50 per pair increasing with each additional pair.  For accurate international shipping cost please email your order request to Customer Service, include in your email: Style, Color, Size and Address, once received we will create the order and email an invoice to be paid with a credit card. After the order is paid we will ship your international order. Orders are processed within 48 hours, excluding weekends.  Please allow 7-14 days for international delivery.

While many packages make it to their final destination without issues, Hatchbacks Footwear, is not responsible once the package arrives in the destination country as we do not have any jurisdiction over international countries and their postal systems. Should any issues arise after the package has left the US and has landed in the destination country, the recipient is responsible for contacting their local postal service to remedy the situation.

The recipient is also responsible for all customs fees, taxes, and brokerage charges. While many orders make it through customs without issues, the customs agency in your country may require you to pay fees before receiving your package. It is the recipient’s responsibility to check with their country’s Customs Office to verify any fees as we are unable to provide the recipient with any information of the charges. By completing your order you agree to pay all applicable fees.

If your package is held in Customs or delayed in processing, we will not issue you a refund unless all products are returned to us in their original condition.

 

Returns & Exchanges

Hatchbacks™ Footwear is totally committed to customer satisfaction. If you are not 100% satisfied with your Hatchbacks™ , you may return your non-street worn shoes within 30 days for replacement, credit, or a full refund. Be sure to carefully use the sizing chart to avoid any sizing errors.

We will issue a credit to the original credit card for the cost of your order and the sales tax if applicable. Shipping and handling will be charged for any new product(s) sent as a replacement that is not a result of a Hatchbacks™ error.

Follow the packing slip instructions for exchanges or refunds. It may take up to 30 days for the credit to appear on your statement, but all returns are handled immediately. Send FedEx or parcel post insured to:

Viewing Orders

To view order status and tracking information, log into your account and click on "My Orders" tab. There you can check the status of your order and up to date shipping information.
